As others have said, we have provided a setting to force your phone to load the old desktop experience. By saying you have to pinch to zoom on everything - are you wanting the mobile site maybe?
What kind of phone do you have,I only ever prefer desktop,,even though the HP is 100 % better I still don't want to be there,if mobile was all we had I'd probably not be here
Well Raven that might be because tablets may look like big phones but act more like mine laptops and laptop shouldn't need to be explained silly kiss 😜
Android via browser is mobile. Reset to show as desktop and it doesn't change. It's always desktop now. I haven't been able to drive the mobile version into view. Exacerbating.
Presently am on a laptop. I'll have to find time to take it up with support. Am still scratching my head (upstairs) to determine if I've missed something. To rule out everything.
Sucess!!!! Thanks everyone! Re cleared cache and reboot my device, X'd the banner to access the option in the upper left and it worked! And confirmed mobile preference in settings are correct.
